Mary Alice Loftin age 84 a homemaker of Nicholsville, AL, died July 24, 2014 at Choctaw General Hospital. She was born November 18, 1929 in Carrolton, AL. She was a member of the Nicholsville Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, James Leldon Loftin of Nicholsville, AL; three daughters, Evelyn Anne Autery of Portland, OR; Joyce Ellen (Tony) Garner of Ball Ground, GA; and Donna Faye (Allen) Richardson of Pennington, AL; two brothers, David Black and Ralph Black of Nicholsville, AL; sister, Patsy “Pat” Rogers of Aimwell, AL; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Luther and Eugenia Black, three brothers, James Black, J.L. Black and Harry Black, and sister Erlyne Irvin. Visitation will be held at Nicholsville Baptist Church on Sunday, July 27, 2014 from 2:00 PM until the 3:00 PM service time with Rev. Steve Trader officiating. Burial will be at Old Liberty Cemetery in Nicholsville, AL. Arrangements by O’Bryant Chapel Funeral Home in Thomasville, AL.
